AGREEMENT AND CONDITIONS
Vendor set up date is November 3, 2017 beginning at 9:00 am. This includes all swap meet spaces, car corral, food vendors, and artisans. You are encouraged to get there early to choose the location you desire. All tents must be securely anchored. All vendors agree to be packed up, cleaned up, and off the property by noon on November 6, 2017.
All car show participants and vendors agree to hold harmless Field of Dreams Car Show LLC and Florida Classic Park; including all persons employed by or assisting Field of Dreams LLC and Florida Classic Park.
All food vendors are required to carry $1,000,000.00 per occurrence business liability insurance. A valid certificate of insurance must accompany this contract.
– Vendor and car show participant gates open at 7:00 am each day.
– RV camping (overnight) is available with water & electric for $45.00 per day.
